Duration: 12 months (Fixed Term Contract)
Programme Overview
The learnership consists of:
Theoretical Training: Covers Entrepreneurship, Business Operations, Customer Service, Business Accounting, Maths Literacy, Communication Skills, and Computer Skills.
Practical Workplace Experience: Learners will provide administrative support to improve departmental efficiency, gain work readiness skills, and prepare for entry-level administrative roles.
Minimum Requirements
South African Citizen
Matric / Grade 12 qualification
Willingness to participate fully in both theoretical and practical components
Key Competencies
Nimble learning and self-development
Workflow management and action planning
Knowledge of policies and procedures
Ability to manage complexity and ensure accountability
Effective execution and coordination of work
