Provide quality administration service in respect of Quality Assurance<br \/>\n\u2022 Contribute to the implementation of a quality assurance process within the call centre<br \/>\n\u2022 Assess calls and achieve set assessment target<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage the AVS (Account Verification System) process (all batches \/ admin \/ reporting)<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide feedback for coaching of call centre staff based on quality issues identified<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify risks, contribute to action plans and monitor the progress of these<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide feedback for coaching of call centre staff based on quality issues identified<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify risks, contribute to action plans and monitor the progress of these<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide input to process and system enhancements, especially in support of product, process or quality issues<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that quality assurance is aligned with service \/ sales standards within the operational environment<br \/>\n\u2022 Contribute to monthly \/ weekly quality reporting<br \/>\n\u2022 Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of Sales Call centre products, claims conditions and retention criteria in order to monitor customer experience<br \/>\n\u2022 Actively recommend the Call Centre staff that demonstrate high levels of quality service to their team leaders and Call Centre management<br \/>\n\u2022 Adhere to agreed process in order to deliver targeted operational results<br \/>\n\u2022 Comply with corporate governance policies, procedures and standards<\/p>\n<table id=\"jobdetailtbl\" width=\"562\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<div>\n<p>2.
