Requirements : \u2022 South African Citizenship\u2022 A Senior Certificate\/Grade 12 or equivalent (minimum) \u2022 A valid code B drivers licence (minimum) . \u2022 Below the age of thirty \u2013five (35) \u2022 All successful candidates will be subject to driving skills assessment \u2022 Medical screening will be conducted bythe RTMC \u2022 Security clearance and criminal records checks will be conducted bythe RTMC \u2022 Willing toundergo training inall weather<\/p>\n
The successfulcandidate must have the following attributesand competencies: \u2022 Good problem solving skills \u2022 Resistance \u2022 Good communicationand I nterpersonal skills \u2022 Conflict resolution and problem solving skills. \u2022 Good communication skills, written and verbal \u2022 Good driving and observation skills \u2022 Basic understanding of the Criminal Procedure Act , Road Traffic Management Act and National Road Traffic Act \u2022 Knowledge of at least twoof the provincial languages . Diligence and discipline<\/p>\n
Duties: Full participat ion and involvement in the RTMC training program and processes for a duration of three ( 3 ) years<\/p>\n
The successful candidates will be required to enter into a three ( 3 ) year training contract with the RTMC<\/p>\n
