RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
\nLiaise with branches on OB and OBX payments not yet allocated to policies
\nAssisting Senior Clerk with the preparation of the Internet Bank Statement.
\nCapturing daily correspondence received on system mail register
\nCapturing deposit slips received for payment on policies
\nFiling of all hand receipts received from Settlement Administration Department
\nAnswer all telephonic and written requests within the agreed time. Assist supervisor with training of new staff members
\nAssist supervisor with provisional lapse report on a weekly basis before the final lapse run.
