FUNCTIONAL OUTPUTS<\/strong><\/p>\n The main deliverables of the role is for the candidate to:<\/p>\n JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n In order to qualify you have to be a South African citizen between 18 and 29 years of age and currently unemployed.\u00a0 Preference will be given to applicants from previously disadvantaged groups who are currently residing in our fence line communities.<\/p>\n Qualifications<\/strong>:<\/p>\n Administrative roles:\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0National Senior Certificate<\/p>\n Operator and related roles:<\/em>\u00a0National Senior Certificate\/ full N3 with Mathematics, Science and English<\/p>\n Functional roles<\/em>\u00a0such as HR, Legal, Information Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, SHE and Engineering- or Technically\u2013related roles: A tertiary qualification such as a relevant Diploma or Degree.<\/p>\n KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED<\/strong><\/p>\n Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n Self-mastery \u2013 Takes accountability for driving own growth through developing self-awareness, reflecting, seeking feedback and self-correcting.<\/p>\n Functional \/ Technical \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Functional skills and technical competencies may be required, depending on the nature of the role where the business considers placement of the YES-Learner.<\/p>\n\n
