Applications are invited for a Learnership from unemployed graduates between the age of 18 and 35. The learnership program will run for a period of&nbsp;<strong>eighteen (18) months<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Remuneration:<\/strong>&nbsp;Learners will be awarded a monthly stipend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Work based exposure may include the following.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Skills Development Administration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assisting to prepare for induction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assisting to prepare research documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creation of PR\u2019s and follow ups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assisting to compile skills Development reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in administration of leaners and interns programme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in data cleaning for WSP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>NB:<\/strong>&nbsp;The learners will be required to complete 30% learning and 70% workplace learning components before they can be awarded their formal qualification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Matric \/ Grade 12 certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certified copy of your ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certified copy of Academic transcript<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your CV and motivational letter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interpersonal skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detail orientation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desire and potential to learn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-motivated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic computer skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prioritize tasks as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Apply<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please note:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Indicate the name and the reference number for the Learnership you are applying for on the&nbsp;subject line.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit a short CV and a motivational letter as to why your application should be considered with a maximum of 3 pages,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applications with no motivational letter, certified copy of ID, certified copy of result statement or certified Gr12 qualification certificate will not be considered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Individuals who are found to have participated in a learnership programme before will be disqualified.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Attach the following documents in your application:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Certified Matric \/ Grade 12&nbsp;certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certified copy of your ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certified copy of Academic transcript<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your CV and motivational letter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applications can be forwarded to the following mail address:<strong><\/strong><strong>Zama.Recruitment@raf.co.za<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Organization is providing learners who have completed grade 12 with an opportunity to gain work experience and a SAQA qualification.
