Customer Services department requires agents with a real passion for retail and commitment to a high level of customer service, to work in our Multimedia Department and Ecommerce team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 \/ Matric qualification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear criminal and credit history<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A minimum of 12 months experience within a contact centre in an agent or similar role<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent level of proficiency in written &amp; spoken English<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extremely self-motivated &amp; organised with the ability to multitask &amp; prioritise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical, problem solving and investigative skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptional customer Service Experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be proficient in contact centre systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic computer literacy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic \u2018Vision-Nexus\u2019 experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability and willingness to work overtime\/public holidays where required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 WPM typing speed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Duties and Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Take inbound calls related to E-commerce (online) and Fashion Delivery orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist the customer with tracking their orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist customers with online profile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaising with couriers and stores and giving feedback to the customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation for contacts answered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personality and quality of multimedia correspondence (works at enhancing relationships with customers)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exercises good judgement as to when to educate the Customer (for example, benefits of payment, NCA, Fashion Delivery Service, consequences of non-payment etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administration \u2013 demonstrates an ability to adhere to administrative procedures with speed and accuracy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Department performance \u2013 actively contributes towards responding to Customers within 48 hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Competencies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Effective time management skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer\/Client focus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A good deal of accuracy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to follow set procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ability to be pro-active and constantly seek a better way of doing things<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good time management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to work in a team and independently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do you apply<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/truworths.erecruit.co\/candidateapp\/Jobs\/View\/TRU231212-5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Apply online for Inbound Call Centre Agent Position at Truworths<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Truworths is looking for energetic and motivated people to work in our dynamic Fashion Call Centre in the city of Cape Town.
